Delivery Times & Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders over AED 100.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A small flat fee of AED 15 applies to orders under AED 100.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days across all 7 Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain).

Express & Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Order before 1:00 PM to get your package on the same day.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed immediately and delivered the very next business day.

Cash on Delivery & Order Tracking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all UAE orders. A small COD handling fee of AED 10 applies at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we will send you an SMS and email with a live tracking link so you can follow your package step-by-step.

  • Correct Information: Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are accurate so our courier driver can reach you easily.
