Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does delivery take? Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days anywhere in the UAE. If you are in Dubai and order before 1:00 PM, you get same-day delivery!

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping is completely FREE for all orders over AED 100. For smaller orders, there is just a flat AED 15 fee.

  • Do you deliver to all Emirates? Yes! We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Payments

  • Can I pay with Cash on Delivery (COD)? Absolutely. You can pay with cash when your package arrives. A small AED 10 handling fee applies at checkout for COD orders.

  • Are my credit card details safe? Yes. We use certified, highly secure payment systems. We never store your full credit card information.

Orders & Tracking

  • How do I track my order? As soon as your package ships, we will send you an SMS and email with a live tracking link.

  • Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to make changes, please message us on WhatsApp or email us right away. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed.

Returns & Support

  • What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 14 days for a refund.
